Welcome to StackWalls Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We understand that plans can change and there may be instances when you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to help make this process as smooth as possible for both our clients and freelancers.
Cancellation Policy
Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you need to cancel a project before work has commenced, you may do so within 8 hours of hiring a freelancer without any penalty. Please notify us and the freelancer through our platform to process this cancellation.
Cancellation After Work Begins: If work has already started and you wish to cancel the project, we ask that you notify us and the freelancer as soon as possible. You may be required to pay for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.For FreelancersFreelancers are expected to communicate any need to cancel a project as early as possible. Repeated cancellations or failure to communicate may result in suspension or termination from our platform.
Refund Policy
Full Refunds: Full refunds are only available if the cancellation is made within the permitted window before work commences or if the work delivered is not in accordance with the project requirements and has been mutually agreed upon by both parties and StackWalls Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Partial Refunds: In cases where work has commenced and you choose to cancel the project, you may be eligible for a partial refund corresponding to the unfinished portion of the project. The exact amount will be determined based on the agreement between the client and freelancer, mediated by StackWalls Technologies Pvt. Ltd. if necessary.
No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for projects that have been completed and delivered if they meet the agreed-upon requirements.
Processing Refunds
All refund requests must be submitted through our platform. Please include:A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.Any relevant documentation or evidence to support your request.Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 4 business days.
Exceptions
The above policies may not apply to special circumstances or custom projects, which will be outlined in the project agreement between the client and freelancer.
Changes to Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
StackWalls Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update and change this policy at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage users to review our policy periodically.
